Started as a Senior Loan Officer, writing mortgages for an FDIC lender. Numerous years of training in FDIC bank compliance regulations including Patriot Act guidelines along with underwriting, packaging loans to be sold on the secondary market. Was in charge of 400 Plus employees in 4 locations.
Founded, Created, published and implemented the For Sale by Owner Website ISoldMyHouse.com. It was one of the largest For Sale by Owner Forums in New England's 6 states 1999 -2008. Nurtured the company into a multi million dollar per year producer. Built and implemented IsoldMyHouse.com to produce 1000 Plus mortgages per month in a lead generation capacity. Completely responsible for hiring, discharging, and managing 400 plus employees at the FDIC Bank. Creator/Founder and Editor In Chief of the ISoldMyHouse.com Real Estate Magazine which ran for 4 years, with 1 million regional copies per month printed and distributed in 11,000 New England Locations. Brand Strategies and Marketing Campaigns. Spearheaded strategic initiatives and innovations in marketing and new business development by re-designing obsolete lenders while enhancing brand image, as well as, establishing broader target markets to secure future growth. Marketing campaigns included print and distribution through several local visual and audio media outlets. Worked with million dollar ad budget. Specific products targeted during this campaign included: Online Bill Payer Service, Desktop Underwriting, Online Mortgage Approval Portal, Free Home Banking Product Roll Out as well as several other product specific campaigns.
Result: Within first year of the new branding campaign, new membership within our demographic market area (Greater-Boston area) had grown by 30%. Adding and networking 150 work stations on Windows NT broke new ground in automated underwriting.

Vendor Management:
Saved numerous company’s money through the judicious management of several print & distribution vendors. Developed and implemented new web content for company’s (both internal & external). Team Building:
Built numerous teams of full-time sales and clerical employees. Ensured that each individual and team leader understood his or her individual and group goals. Trained the teams to establish targets within selected market segments and develop successful approaches to their segment. Developed rate ceilings and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management. Conducted daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales/marketing meetings, and executive team meetings to monitor progress and develop alternate strategies to keep the team on target.
Result: Achieved 106% of the sales plan goal , while controlling spending at less than budget. Achieved $3.9 million in gross profits first year within target, not including loan profits. Generated $50 plus million in "Loan Origination" profits a year for major mortgage Co., using the ForSaleByOwner Concept as a lead generation vehicle.
